Unidentified Radio Signal

Interplanetary Travel

Hello everyone from deep space. In the dark vacuum of space, I take a short break from my mind's visit to my past for a while as I drive my spacecraft to the planet I first visited. I would love to be able to describe to you the feeling that surrounds my body and soul with the radio signals I received years after I discovered and made my first planetary visit while searching for a planet suitable for life in my deep space journey. Although I thought for a long time, unfortunately I could not find the word suitable for this mood. I am very hopeful about this situation. There is a possibility that I may encounter a civilization after a long time. Moreover, I would live on the planet I had discovered and made my first visit. At least that's what I was hoping for. I had unique experiences during my time on that planet. That planet has been my new home for a long time, accompanied by unique space landscapes. However, despite my long time on the planet and my scientific research, I have not found any traces of life. It was a very unusual situation for that planet, which was quite suitable for life. Since it is the first planet I have visited yet, I did not feel negative about this situation. Having made the discovery of a planet suitable for life had increased my hope that I would find a planet with living things and even civilizations on it in the future. However, it did not. I have always encountered the same landscape in my planetary explorations suitable for new life that I have made over the course of time. Silence and nothingness. However, I was starting to come across many traces of past life on the planets I visited. Some habitats left over from civilizations that have left their home planets over time. As much as this excited me, it also caused a lot of questions in my mind. Why did these civilizations leave their planets? I was very curious about the answer to this question. When I was preparing a new route for myself after a long time in space, there was an unexpected development. I had picked up a radio signal from outer space. And this radio signal was coming from the planet I first visited years ago. This had taken me by surprise. As a result of the research, discovery and scientific analyzes I have done during my time on the planet, I have not come across any trace of life. There must be something I overlooked. Or this radio signal was a non-artificial one. Still, I didn't want to miss this opportunity. And I started this long journey by getting on my spacecraft. I was going back to my first planetary exploration. And there was still a long space of space ahead of me.

The Mars One Project

Mars One is a nonprofit organization based in the Netherlands that has proposed to land the first humans on Mars and establish a permanent human colony there by 2027. The private spaceflight project is led by Dutch entrepreneur "Bas Lansdorp", who announced the Mars One project in May 2012. The project's schedule, technical and financial feasibility, as well as ethics have been criticized by scientists, engineers and those in the aerospace industry.

Mars One's original concept included launching a robotic lander and orbiter as early as 2016 to be followed by a human crew of four in 2022. Organizers plan for the crew to be selected from applicants who paid an administrative fee, to become the first permanent residents of Mars with no plan of returning to Earth. Partial funding options include a proposed reality television program documenting the journey. In February 2015, the primary contractors on the first robotic mission had completed all studies paid for by Mars One.

The concept for Mars One began in 2011 with discussions between the two founders, Bas Lansdorp and Arno Wielders. The Mars One organization is the controlling stockholder of the for-profit Interplanetary Media Group.

Rover School is in session...

InExtraTerrestrial Studies class we explore all manner of alien species and civilizations. Today we met a creature called the Plutonian Piffle. While it is widely believed that this three-eyed, hexapedal lifeform is simple and primative, it turns out to be a technologically advanced interplanetary species. Here we see several Piffles out for a pleasant afternoon rove of their home world's surface.

Excerpt from Cdr. Bannon’s log: The first wave of the invasion of Iridonia had spread like a wildfire from our landing sites. Still, a few critical surface locations remained. Interplanetary space around Iridonia was also under tight lockdown. Ships had either been forced to ground, or obliterated. Only a lucky few had evaded the star destroyers, and escaped the system.

The next operation objective was to secure a number of individuals with various importance to the Imperial Triumvirate. One of these was Senator Ay’Pelia. Director Hollon had tracked her to the Genesis Station. A safeport operating as a sovereign state, between Iridonia and the New Republic. Yet another bureaucratic loophole sanctioned by the New Republic. In reality, Genesis Station is a high class shadow port.

The Spirit of Starlight

Planet Dokeia

Interplanetary Travel

Later in the day, accompanied by a solar eclipse, the sun sets on the planet and becomes evening. As it gets darker, my loneliness becomes more apparent. The planet is getting quieter. Just like me. I have a lot in common with all the planets I've visited. The first of these is that we are alone. On the planets I've visited, they've been extremely lonely, just like me. And it looked so peaceful. On my first night on the planet Dokeia, I gaze at the stars and dream of the day when I will one day encounter a new life form. I've done this before. It's kind of like practice. It's like practicing how to act when I encounter them.

My eyelids get heavy as the night makes the planet even quieter. I lie on my bed with the peace of silence and darkness. It's like sleep has taken over my body. I feel as if a spiritual being is directing my body, not me. I can't resist. A different peace covers my body. And I end the day so that I can fall into a deep sleep.

The Airborne Weapons Platform B1 (AWP-B1 for short) was an internationally used military fighter aircraft used throughout the Unifying War between 2312 and 2329. Its hollow wings could be equipped with a wide range of useful tech and weapons ranging from sensor array over communication antennas to missile launchers. Initially shipped in a bright yellow color and featuring a big sphere like cockpit, which was reminiscent of an insect eye, a subtle hint to the reconnaissance function of the craft, it was quickly dubbed „Banana Bug“ by soldiers all over the world. Due to its high speed and cheap maintainability the craft remained in service even after the conflict and was later used in smaller interplanetary campaigns by the United Earth Forces.

I always wanted to build an aircraft in a retro sci-fi style, like it is found in series like Cowboy Bebop. When I stumbled upon the two boat pieces and the half sphere cockpit, push came to shove and a few unstable connections resulted in this colorful ship. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Thank you so much everyone for 5M views!

Interplanetary Travel

Thank you so much everyone for 5M views!

My flickr account, which I opened in January 2008, has reached 5 million views. Thank you all so much for this. In these 14 years, while sometimes sharing memories from planet earth, I generally shared images from the depths of space. My space adventure is a kind of therapy for me. It has been an effort to relax my mind and soul. It has always made me happy that you have been following me for many years in my space travel and that you like the photos I share. While I initially published three photographs in a month, I increased this number to three days a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, upon your request. As long as my imagination and body continue to live, I will continue to publish new photos from my space adventures. We have traveled to many planets together in this long 14-year span. We had new discoveries and adventures. We did this all together. We have visited 8 planets in 14 years. We looked for signs of life on these planets. Unfortunately, all the planets we visited were deserted. My search for the Plutonians in deep space will continue. My space travel will not end until I find the lost Plutonian civilization. Thank you all for not leaving me alone in this long journey. You make me feel that I am not alone in deep space, far from home. I am grateful to you.

The Great Darkness Without End

Planet Dokeia

Interplanetary Travel

And again I am alone in the endless darkness. That great darkness that has no end and contains endless beauties. I have to go through this darkness to reach my next destination. While traveling with my spaceship in this dark and endless space, I am left alone with my loneliness. I'm starting to question why I'm alone again. I think about what I did in my past, my friends, memories and loved ones. I think about my distance from my past. I think about the years of no return. I can't help the smile that forms on my face when I think about it. I think my past is another thing that makes me happy as much as loneliness. My childhood and early teenage years. I did not choose to walk away from my past. As I moved away from my past, I became lonely. The more I got lonely, the more I wanted to leave the planet. And more and more, this desire of mine took on an unstoppable dimension. I guess that's why I went on my interplanetary expedition. I accept that I will never go back to my past. This trip was my way of overcoming my inability to go back to my past. I had created a new living space for myself. I was alone in this new living space. This was my own choice. It was the only decision I made about myself in my new life. Loneliness. I decided to stay away from everyone and be fairly quiet. The best benefit it has given me is that I experienced this space travel that I took off. In the solitude of endless space, my own solitude did not force me at all, on the contrary, it made me happy. The deep silence of space accompanied my silence. I became one with space. This was the result of the last decision I had made for myself on planet Earth.

It's been a long time since I went on my trip to another planet. This photo that I have published may be published late due to the communication difficulties experienced in outer space. I may not be able to post a new photo until it's on the next planet. I can stay away from you for a while.

Thank you for not leaving me alone on the planet called Dokeia from which I left. The fact that I feel your presence encourages me to make new discoveries. I am grateful to you.

See you on the new planet.

Keep following me.

The colors were tweaked a bit to show the lenticular clouds. They looks like galaxies, sort of. The entire sky was filled with them - I wish I wasn't just shooting them from my driveway.

Category: Stacked Shot (NR)

Social IG: victorlimaphoto

Story:

The Milky Way crosses the sky of Piedras Rojas while the Zodiacal Light and Air Glow complement the night sky spectacle of the Atacama Desert in Chile.

Situated in the Atacama Desert, the Piedras Rojas is specifically located near the Argentinian border, approximately 150 kilometers southeast of the town of San Pedro de Atacama. As the name suggests, the most prominent feature of this area is the reddish rocks and formations. Adjacent to the red rock formations are a few altiplanic lagoons. The high salt concentration of these lagoons gives the water a reflective quality, providing visitors with breathtaking views of the surrounding.

Dominating the upper third of the frame is the dense, cloudy stretch of the Milky Way. This band, filled with millions of stars, clusters, and interstellar dust, offers a rich tonal gradient, transitioning from a brighter core to fainter edges. The central bulge, with a higher concentration of stars, appears more pronounced and is the visual anchor of the Milky Way in this image.

Radiating from the horizon and stretching towards the Milky Way's core is the Zodiacal Light. This is an elongated, faint, triangular glow, appearing opposite the setting or rising sun. It is a result of sunlight scattering off interplanetary dust particles that lie in the plane of the solar system. Its presence is indicative of the image being taken shortly after sunset or just before sunrise and serves to bridge the gap between the terrestrial and celestial components of the photo.

Providing a vivid color palette against the backdrop of space, the air glow appears as faint ripples of luminescence, manifesting in shades of red, green, and even purple. This phenomenon is caused by the recombination of atoms and molecules that were photoionized by the sun during the day, combined with chemiluminescence, where chemical reactions in the upper atmosphere produce light. Its patchy distribution lends an uneven, wavy texture to the night sky, juxtaposing the more uniform, granular spread of the Milky Way stars.

A Forgotten Sunset

My Interplanetary Memories

Interplanetary Travel

I wanted to share with you this sunset photo I took five years ago according to Earth time. I was witnessing the simultaneous setting of three giant suns behind the mountains. It was a unique sunset view. Maybe it was a sight that I would never witness again for me. So I blinked as little as I could so as not to miss a single moment. And to show you this unique sunset view, I was constantly taking pictures. Ok, it may have been a bit late posting. Sometimes there are photos that I forget to share. Sometimes I don't even have time to share photos. There are times when I cannot share photos due to communication breakdown. I think this is one of those photos. During the time I was on that planet, I had constant communication problems due to the magnetic storms created by the three great suns. This resulted in a lot of unpublished photos in my archive. I hope it was worth the wait for me for so long.

Genre of sci-fi and space is new for me.

We saw a lot of spaceships in different types, colours and shapes. I want to think that I created something original and new (ha-ha. No). "Polishing" the idea in my head took me about one month, and building process - about 10 hours.

T3 Phage is a type of ships for invasion and integration into interplanetary species. The pilot is highly complicated sentient DNA-form.

Unlike terrestial viruses this ship grows from spore, and have several stages of development.

Hey guys, lets build more micro-bio-spaceships?
