UTHealth School of Biomedical Informatics is the nation's first freestanding school devoted exclusively to biomedical, medical, and health informatics education, research, and entrepreneurship. On Wednesday, December 19, 2018, it celebrated the opening of its new building with a ceremonial ribbon cutting, special guests, and tours of its new space.
