IMPORTADAS COO ORIGINAIS, DIVERSAS MARCAS.

Former Danish locomotive 1427 leads fellow import 1431 and "home grown" 4703 through Clyde at the head of 8166N container freight from Bathurst (Kelso) to Cooks River. With recent news that Qube have purchased IRA, it remains to be seen if the locomotives new owners will tolerate their high failure rate.

This train crossed an empty SSR/Centennial Coal train through the platform hauled by triple CEY Class locomotives - I put my money on the shot of the MZ's, and they came through for me, with only seconds to spare before they were obscured by the passing coal train.

Chinese steamer 8419 crosses the Des Moines River. The best smoke show they put on was way before the middle, but I'll take what I can get! This steam engine was the last one built in China in 1988, and sent straight over to the US, hence the American and Chinese flags at the front. Even our steam engines come from China....AUGH!!!!!

Imported Fruit

In the 1960's Turkish immigrants began flowing into the Netherlands to

satisfy the region's high labor demand. Accepted into country under

the pretenses that their presence would be temporary, once the

... immigration program was terminated in 1973, many of the remaining

Turkish laborers became isolated from their Dutch neighbors.

Differences in religion and economic standing have made assimilation

into the contemporary Dutch culture difficult. The halved fig emulates

the crescent in the Turkish flag was applied on the wall of the former

Aya Sofya mosque. The text reads, imported fruit in Turkish and faces

Lafayette, Indiana - Red Crown Mini-Museum

Interesting Place. In need of TLC and repair

There were displays inside, and a Rolls Royce and a 1950 Cadillac were in the service bays.

The Red Crown Mini-Museum is a 1930s-era Standard Oil filling station that was restored in 1991 and turned into a "walk-by" museum by local businessman Don Stein. It features a couple of restored antique cars in the auto bays, a 1931 Ford Model B wrecker in the parking lot, and miscellaneous gas-station memorabilia inside.

The original building was constructed in 1927-28 by Standard Oil Company of Indiana. The Red Crown was threatened with destruction in the 1980s. In 1991, Stein restored the building at no cost to the public. A chronological history of the Red Crown Mini-Museum notes that over 1,000 man hours were spent hand-removing 41 layers of paint from the inside glazed brick walls. The "fallen roof was removed and replaced with red tile imported from Chillicothe, Ohio, where it had been in storage by Standard Oil for over 50 years."

Super Import Nights – The Ultimate Motorshow is notably the biggest and only tuner car show in Singapore that is returning for the third successive year. It has the characteristics of the Tokyo Autosalon as well as the virtues of Hot Import Nights (USA).

These are imported grapes. This bunch of grapes cost 65 Rupees. That's almost 5 bucks a grape!!!
