This was a super cold day. Went walking around downtown Ann Arbor and found the frozen remnants of this cigar sitting outside Claire's apartment. I took a very similar shot on an expired roll of Ektar 25 this same day -- that shot will be coming up soon. Processing and scan by NCPS.

I used the NCPS scan for this one -- the clarity in the sky confirms that the smudging all over this roll and this roll was the result of a dirty lens filter (which I took off right before this roll), not something more worrying. I brightened the lower part of the frame a bit in Photoshop... getting the exposure right was tough because I was mostly focused on metering the sky. Or at least it was tough for me, only a few rolls back into film and unaccustomed to not being able to see the picture right after it's taken.
