Đèn tuýp LED 40W chống nổ là giải pháp chiếu sáng chuyên dụng cho các khu vực tiềm ẩn nguy cơ cháy nổ như nhà máy hóa chất, kho xăng dầu, xưởng cơ khí, nhà máy sản xuất sơn, trạm xăng… Với thiết kế đạt tiêu chuẩn chống cháy nổ quốc tế (như ATEX, IECEx), sản phẩm này mang lại sự an toàn tối đa cho người sử dụng và toàn bộ hệ thống.
Đèn có thân vỏ làm từ hợp kim nhôm nguyên khối, được phủ sơn tĩnh điện chống ăn mòn, chịu lực tốt. Đèn LED chống cháy nổ sử dụng chip LED hiệu suất cao, thường đạt 120–150 lm/W, trong khi đèn cao áp truyền thống như sodium áp suất cao hoặc metal halide chỉ đạt 70–100 lm/W. Kết cấu của đèn LED chống cháy nổ thường có vỏ hợp kim nhôm dày, kính cường lực và gioăng kín khít, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn ATEX hoặc IECEx, trong khi nhiều loại đèn cao áp truyền thống phải bổ sung thêm biện pháp bảo vệ để đạt yêu cầu tương tự.
