85% organic ap flour, 10% organic whole wheat flour, and 5% dark rye flour, with a very light exterior dusting of sesame seeds. I bumped the amount of starter up to see if the bread would come out a bit more sour, but it didn't. The bread is delicious, especially with a slathering of Irish butter. I think the two day ferment yielded more flavor than the minor adjustment to the starter.
My house smells of freshly baked bread, and THAT is a good thing.

Plants shed water to the area under and around the plant using either up-turned or down-turned leaves, (depending on species), allowing their roots to take up the moisture. Contrary to popular belief, the epidermis of leaves do not absorb much water. Steve suggested I must have posed Molly in this winsome patch of sunlight, and although not beyond such manipulation, I actually didn't on this occasion. This is exactly where she chose to put herself while we waited for the brave explorer who was off in the bowels of a broken down building.
