Looks like I connected everything properly. It's too humid tonight 63% - to see if it REALLY works. We should have another dry day soon as east San Diego county IS a desert, after all.
The "Brown eyes rule" (Angie has beautiful brown eyes) message displayed at the bottom is my hacking of the thermostat. (normally this would display the zone name for a multi-zone HVAC system.
11/4/2007 - Picked up a new humidifier for the bedroom today. With the floor furnace now on, the air has been getting dryer and dryer upstairs.

Here's the curing chamber! It's a pretty simple system, but elegant, designed by Jason Molinari. The black box is the hydrostat, which measures the humidity and turns on the blue ultrasonic humidifier when the air drops below 60% RH. Hanging from the upper right of the tension rod is the keg thermometer, which turns the refrigerator off and on to keep it around 55F.
