Muay Thai fighter Nungning Wor.Watthanaya cuts a mango in her shack in Isaan, Thailand. Many of the appliances do not work, but there appears to be some comfort in owning things.
Who cared if there was really any Being to pray to? What mattered was the sense of giving thanks and praise, the feeling of a humble and grateful heart.

Our long history in car sales stretches as far back as the Vintage Age of the auto industry, beginning with the opening of a used car lot in rural Ontario in the early 1950’s. From these humble beginnings, our business experienced tremendous growth during the roaring 1960’s.

In my humble opinion, BNSF should just standardize on one of their paint schemes, and this would be it! Not only fairly super looking, but also seems to wear better than the others.

- not the best, leftovers on the expiring / discounted stall at a garden centre... Most phones are rather good in close-up (quasi-'macro') shots.
While digging through my files for a recent interview, I came across my first attempt to photograph a diecast model with two buildings I had constructed.
If memory serves, this was some time in the late 1990's or early 2000's. The camera was a 6 megapixel Sony.
I had placed the models on my dining room table with the early sunlight streaming through the bay window and the effect was so striking, I grabbed my camera and snapped this image.
It was my Ah-Ha! moment.
From this humble, serendipitous beginning, Elgin Park was born.
