Another watercolor study. This illustration of the human heart is part of a poster that I am silkscreening for an event featuring musicians Tetuzi Akiyama and Jozef van Wissem performing here in Houston on January 30, 2008. This illustration is of a human heart to represent life on this poster.
Discovered in 2006, this figurine is art of a cache of funeral gifts dated to the middle or end of the 3rd century BC, found at the burial mound near the village of Sinemorets.
To me, it looks older than the 3rd c. BC, and I wonder if it can be a more prehistoric item, 'reused' for this burial?
Human called it 'The Forbidden Tree' when in fact thy Lord named it 'The Tree of Life'

In 1993 convicted murderer Joseph Paul Jernigan was executed. Having donated his body to scientific research, he was preserved and cut in to 1,871 slices as part of the 'Visible Human Project', to provide high resolution, cross section images of the human anatomy. www.nlm.nih.gov/research/visible/visible_human.html
Using these images in the form of a video animation vimeo.com/21515164 coupled with long exposure photography. It is possible to recreate and extrude a holographic representation of his body.
