A great tit delicately perches on a visitor’s hand in Kensington Gardens, feeding on seeds. Known for their striking black, yellow, and white plumage, great tits are common across London’s parks and woodlands, yet this close encounter captures the trust and intimacy of urban wildlife.

Human Connections hosts students from the US twice a year to participate in a 2 week to 2 month long internship program, during the winter and summer seasons, respectively.
Interns immerse themselves in the local culture through interactions with our artisans, with the Bucerías community, and with local homestay families. Interns also contribute much to the work and structure of Human Connections, integrating into the office culture as part of the HC team.
