Valley of Fire Petroglyphs
Most of my trip involved futile searches for petroglyphs, but at this site they were literally everywhere, and a single shot would not do the scene justice, a panorama was the only way to go--especially with the sun going down.
8 exposure panorama, stitched with Hugin and colors adjusted with Gimp. color levels adjusted to enhance red black contrast to bring out the rock art. untouched pano shown as inset (upper right)
From Bean Hill Rd. I've been trying out Hugin which is pretty versatile as far as aligning and being able to change the appearance of and the projection of the panorama. It seems a little faster than photoshop too.
Panorama of 8 portrait-oriented pictures stitched together in Hugin and post-processed in Lightroom.
This was made from 12 images taken with a 55mm lens on a tripod. I used Hugin to build the panorama. The full resolution image is at http://abughrai.be/pics/dolores_park_small.jpg

Shot with the Nokia N73 and stiched with Hugin
This is where I have been DJing. The glowing thing on the ceiling made of feathers is actually a giant shower head that pours water into the "streambed" that runs through the club. Many injuries have been sustained in them thar waters!!!
The moon again this evening, a little before sunset. Three bracketed exposures aligned, enfused, and blended in hugin.
