Happy Valentines day! I have been house sitting for my mom, so iLan made the short trip up to have dinner with me. We made sopes from scratch and topped them with a veggie/cilantro/soy chorizo goodness. For dessert I made a pear tart that had pine nuts in it. Different, but good. All in all, it was an excellent day. I am happy all around.
