same as with dog chain poi. One key chain ring on one end of the chain, swivel to other end, then the other key chain ring. Fill bag with sand attach to end with the swivel. Cover with fabric to dress it up. I understand you can use rice instead of sand.
Hurts more when you hit yourself while swinging the poi around.
IMPORTANT DISCOVERY!
if the sand bags are loosely filled - the have more give on impact and hurt less. So don't wrap them tightly- leave the sand sort of loose in the bag!

What are Google Web Stories?
Google introduced web story feature in late 2020. According to this feature publishers can not only publish their content in the form of blog posts but also they can publish web stories which consist of images that can be viewed in the discover feed.
Web stories may consist of images or short videos. Publishers have to add text in images to make the stories comprehensive.
How to use Google Web Stories?

Take two old, but large, PCBs and tape them to the table and each other in an L. This makes the frame. Old PCBs are conveniently exactly the same height as new ones :)
Next, I added a layer at the bottom of the stack and filled the top area with black and the bottom with white. Then, I made a new layer above that one for the basic shapes; I used the lasso tool and roughly drew shapes for the black and white areas and filled the selections with the appropriate color. At roughly 25 minutes in I realize I can't cook peanut butter fudge just by eyeballing it, so I add my trusty candy thermometer to keep an eye on it. It's better to add the thermometer at the beginning, but it is safe to add it up to this point if you forgot.
