..configure a Cali. I don't mind the colour but the rims.. no. Opinions?
(Yes my trip to London didn't yield particularly good results but I paid the damn rail fair so this is going up.)

And which directíon did the prey move? But I guess it´s giraffe poo, maybe a bit big for a Cheetah.

Seen in one of the shop windows and I just thought it was fun. Though that's another "ear worm" that will end up annoying me for the next few days!!
Thank you for your favourites. :O)
How do I explain this one to the police?
You see my otherwise very docile cute little jack Russell Gracie has a few well how do I put it?? lets just say she has anger management issues.
Its not unusual to come home and find she has eaten the post we let play with the brown ones they are normally only bills. on one occasion we found her in the Back garden stood proudly aloft a not so lively looking wildebeest
And who could forget that time she attacked ,,,,,,,,maybe we should forget that time after all polar bears are getting rare .
Any how not sure who these bits and bobs belong to! just wish I could find the other foot erm no sorry the other shoe !!!!!!
Is that wrong????? Maybe I could I could try the reassemble spell?? worth a try me thinks
…your garden grow?
If you pop over to the Food Fair it could grow as effortlessly as mine. This adorable garden is
from Dysfunctional Designs [DDD]. I love the fat little cabbages and the peppers, you get red yellow and the classic green. After I picked up the garden at The Food Fair, I popped over to the [DDD] main store and found something that I had to have..turns out I already had it. How did I find out.. not by looking in my inventory, a menu opened up on my screen and told me I had already purchased that item and then told me how to get a re-delivery. That impressed me so much I joined the group. Gotta love when someone is watching out for you.
My precious samara seedlings, how you've grown so fair,
From tiny buds upon my boughs to fluttering in the air.
As you drift away from me, my heart is filled with sorrow,
But know that I will love you still, today and every morrow.
I've watched you bask in sunlight and dance in gentle breeze,
I've seen you sprout your tender wings and flutter with such ease.
Now as you journey far and wide, my love will follow too,
For you are part of me, my dears, forever and anew.
Through seasons bright and seasons dim, I've been your steadfast guide,
Nurturing and protecting you, in my shade you'd hide.
But now it's time to set you free, to find your own true place,
Spread your wings and soar up high, with courage and with grace.
So fly my darling seedlings, with the wind beneath your wings,
And know that as you journey on, my love for you still sings.
Though we may be apart, my heart will never stray,
For you're forever cherished, in my thoughts every day.
So go and explore the world, my precious samara seeds,
Grow strong and tall, and never forget the love that feeds.
And when you feel a longing, for the home you left behind,
Know that I am here for you, in spirit and in kind.
So fly away, my darlings, with blessings from above,
Know that you are loved, always, by a mother's endless love.

How would you interpret the fact that she 'mentors' him?
Is it a sign of liberation and confidence?
She is sure enough of her abilities and can assist her brother.
Is it a sign of repression?
The only way she can allow herself access to the masculine rifle is by helping her brother.
:-)
far far, there's this little girl...
and she's strong when the dreams come cos' they
take her, cover her, they are all over
the reality looks far now, but don't go

As you know I do like messing about and playing with different looks and last night was no exception.
I was thinking how might have looked back in the late 80s early 90s and cam up with this,
Got my cheap wig on again and used the same brand foundation I did back then, This set really does show the disparity between shoulder and hip width and shows just how top heavy we can look if we are not carful.
That said I do like the skirt and shoes and if I was a tad slimmer the T shirt would look too bad,
Think I achieved what I aimed to do with this set and using my older camera that has some dodgy colour tones going on has added to the overall look.

How can you miss a pop like this from all the others it screams at you as your eyes scan over the garden, for Sunshine Sunday.
Oh how things have changed! Penn Central F7A 1840, cabless GP9B & F7A lead an eastbound manifest freight train under former New Haven Railroad wire and through Stamford, Connecticut, 1973. The roadbed and surround area look like a dump as compared to the way the area was previously maintained. This must have a hot summer day with the nose door open on F7A # 1840 for better ventilation. In the background you can see the Stamford passenger station.
Bob Hughes captured this image on film from his tower window.
A true image of me in as much as the lightning is natural and you can see every line and pore on the old boat. So my complexion isn't as perfect as it looks at time. Might post a filtered image next to show how easily the truth can be bent.

And step into the darkness of the unknown
Believe that one of the two will happen to you
Either you'll find something solid to stand on
Or you'll be taught how to fly!"

..... wonderful it was to find this single 7-spot ladybird yesterday during my lunch hour! Only time I've been out (so far) this week...
Didn't get out last Sunday, and this weekend's not looking good either... there'll be plenty more delving in those archives!!

Funny isn't how life changes and revolves.
A much older snap from way back when and a time I had little time to spend upon myself and frocking-up.
A house to maintain and gardens and lawn needing constant maintenance.
Now, down the track years later and lots of 'spare-time' I now find myself mostly being simply me and just living the life of whom I am and loving it. All-be-it, now somewhat laid-back and maybe lazy in posing and posting new stuff.
And yes! I was not just posing here. I was actually mowing the front lawn in truth. No bullshit and no pretense.
Who cares what the neighbours think?

Aside from my girls' closet, where they hang all their babydoll dresses and sweaters, my girls have two three-ring binders of clothes. The notebook on the left holds their A-line dresses, ruffle dresses, and hoodies. The notebook on the right holds their tops and bottoms.
Everything is arranged in business card sheet protectors with blank business cards behind the clothes, with two items per pocket in most cases.
We love arranging everything this way, so we can see it all with a flip of the page! :oD
How do YOU organize your girlies' clothes??
1.Cream the butter & sugar, 2. Slowly add the eggs & beat until smooth, 3. Add the lemon juice & zest (the mixture will curdle), 4. Cook the mixture over a low heat, 5. Cook the mixture until it becomes smooth, 6. You know it's ready when it leaves a path on the back of a spoon
I was always afraid of making lemon curd, but this recipe is incredibly simple, quick and it always works. Apparently, by mixing all the ingredients together first, like you would for a cake, there's no way it can go lumpy. After I posted some lemon curd cupcakes I got lots of requests for the recipe, so I promised to do a how-to.
Recipe & method by Elinor Klivans
1. Cream the butter & sugar
2. Slowly add the eggs & yolks and beat until smooth
3. Add the lemon juice & zest. This will curdle the mixture, but that's normal
4. Cook the mixture over a low heat. I used a double boiler, but you can put the mixture straight into the saucepan if you want to
5. As the butter melts the mixture becomes smooth. When it's smooth turn the heat up to medium. Stir occasionally and cook for around 15 mins until it thickens
6. The lemon curd is done when it leaves a path on the back of a spoon
The lemon curd will thicken up more as it cools down. You can keep it well covered in the fridge for 1 week, or in the freezer for 2 months... if there's any left!
