House-hunting

We like this duplex. Both sides are for sale. It's in a good location, and the price is good, but the owner is still doing some work on it.

Our offer was accepted on the house-in-the-country. These little guys were living on the wall of the back porch when we first poked around (unofficially). One of our first steps -- if it passes inspection -- will be to enclose the porch and clean it up, which means they will have to find somewhere else to live (if they haven't already).
