Was a bit small, but with a full bath it would make an awesome guestroom.

Actually, according to realtracs this was the largest bedroom—14x13. Will have to check this out.

extra room. I think it was created by adding a wall and a door. we figure it was one of those upstairs family/game rooms before. They were billing it as a possible 5th bedroom, and it's totally doable as that, but it doesn't have a closet.
