Prospective house on Eastwood Ave

New stove, new fridge on the way. Cabinets are primed but not painted. At first I thought the part above the sink was kind of janky, but the more I look at it the more I like it. New (and very nice) tile on kitchen floor.

Wallpaper and a hunting dog themed border make this room a subtle charmer. No work needed here. She's using this room as an art studio if the picture looks dark on your monitor.

 

4/16 Update: A lot of these pictures look really dark. Call me if you need a 2 hour detailed description of each of these houses. I've got mobile minutes to burn...

That floor takes me back

This is only a small shot of the yard. It's pretty big. That is one end of what would be a clothes line. Or our homage to Stonehenge, whatever. It's not fenced, but since we don't have a dog that's not a big deal. The front of the house didn't have much landscaping, but I think the realtor was going to suggest he put in some bushes to help with it's curb appeal.

Upstairs bathroom in that historic home. Um, what were they thinking?! Another attic efficiency college style renovation that we saw.
