Listings of houses that Jeff and I are going to see today and tomorrow. Wish us luck.

Looked at a couple of houses today -- this really shows off the highs and lows of what is available in our price range (under $500K) in Greater Victoria. See if you can guess which house I would prefer.

 

BTW, there was only a $16K spread between these two listings, but one was in Oak Bay -- and it wasn't the pretty one!

This was one of the bedrooms in a house we looked at this weekend - so if we have a boy, we wouldn't have to repaint. Although we'd have to name him "Justin".

There is not one spot of anything in this shower. For a brief moment, I was ashamed of my own bathroom. It passed. And then it returned. On Sunday I got out the Kaboom and scrubbed our bathroom.

This 3.5 acre lot looks south and gets lots of sun. There is some road noise, but building our own house in such a nice setting and a great water view is really exciting.

Unfortunatly, the amazing island isn't staying with the house.
