Empire forces view of the attack. Check out the troopers footprints.

Costume Made Snowtrooper Technic format with The E-Web(15) Heavy Repeating Blaster.

Hoth Echo Base is coming together. A build for Legoland California Star Wars Days 2016. I am building it in a modular form, connected with pin connectors for ease of transport and storage. Upper section still needs work and staging. Still waiting on parts to build 2 X-wings and 4 more Speeders. Might have to make the base longer to accommodate them all.

I realize the entrance should be wider, but I am limited to the table depth that it will sit on.

No time to reinvent the wheel, so using awesome designs from Larry Lars for the snowspeeder (2011 version) and Mike's X-wings (not pictured).

Standard Imperial issue Twinings English Breakfast Tea, always a favourite with the troopers.

Featuring snow made of sugar, and a real, albeit very small, beverage. It's so small you can hold the mug upside down and the surface tension keeps the liquid in!

Just got this sweet new set, I'll post pics when it's done

From the original storyboards of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back I recreated the shot when Luke Skywalker is piloting a Snowspeeder facing the AT-ATs during the Battle of Hoth.

This is an entry for a LEGO Star Wars Concept Art Contest hosted by the Eurobricks community. (www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/185377-m...)

From one of my favourite scenes, my Battle of Hoth takes inspiration from the "Brick Sketches" developed by Chris McVeigh. I always wanted to make one and this was the perfect opportunity to make it a reality. This frame is composed of 46 x 24 studs and it also combines microscale elements. The model can also be displayed on a wall and has 3 removable micro Snowspeeders.

All parts used in the model (847pcs) currently exist, I made sure that I used LEGO pieces that are available and are easy to get. I will hopefully at the end of this summer share a free link for the building instructions and a digital parts file if you are interested in building a copy for yourself or giving it as a gift to another Star Wars fan :D

Also, a special thanks to the member MKJoshA aka @Josh for the heads up for this awesome contest at Eurobricks.

Thanks for reading, feel free to comment and share.

May the Force Be with You!

What? A new post? With all the coronavirus craziness going on and my uni classes being switched to online, I had some time for LEGO this week. Enjoy this figbarf and keep an eye out for another post or two in the coming days.

Made while watching this.

Soli Deo Gloria,

Greyson

This was supposed to contain one of the new 1 stud brackets for the AT-AT but, try as I might, I couldn't make it work :/

Oh well, I did manage to get that part to work in some other builds though :)

Quick little barf I think y’all should know who these are so yea! Hope you like them! I honestly love these a lot and I love the CB pieces and I plan to order some more soon! Ye tell me who’s your favourite and why in the comments! O and I was really inspired by a lot of BrickStudios figs for this post and I actually have a lot of new figs coming real soon I’ve had a lot of free time so yep!

I've been very inactive on Flickr for a while now, but in truth I've just been really busy with family and any remaining spare time has to be put into new sculpts, so I rarely get time to actually paint!

I've had this for a while, so I decided to paint him up and do an upload.

This wasn't sculpted with the casting process in mind, so this won't be part on the new batch or anything.

Onto the figure. Luke was never really a favourite character from the original trilogy, so I was never really fussed about having him in my collection, BUT I really love everything to do with the Hoth section in Empire Strikes Back, so I decided that a Hoth version of Luke would make a nice addition to the collection.

It's not the best paintwork that I've ever done, but with limited time, I think it turned out ok.

Hope you guys like it ; )

My second entry for the Forge

Attack on Hoth

9 ABY

The New Republic found the Imperial prison on hoth, what was a long time only a rumor

After the New Republic found out where the secret prison was

they send immediately an attack group to free the prisoners, and destroy the prison

An alternate shot from my May the 4th tribute to Carrie Fisher taken in Norway, just before crossing the Swedish border on the way back home... I thought it would be a good change of mood to post it for the summer solstice :D

My second brick-built Leia in her Hoth outfit and hairstyle.

Little build for something on Eurobricks. The door isn't big enough for a Wampa but the Wampa doesn't know so don't tell him. *shhhhh* also first build in a while how bout that

LEGO MOC

Star Wars Scene: AT-AT VS Snowspeeder

Processed with VSCO with s2 preset

The E-Web heavy repeating blaster cannon, formally known as the Emplacement Weapon, Heavy Blaster or simply as the E-Web was the most powerful heavy repeating blaster cannon in the Imperial arsenal and commonly used by Imperial snowtroopers of the Galactic Empire.

A tablescrap more than anything. But I felt like posting something... And yes, the description is straight from Wookieepedia

Real snow is so much colder than baking powder!

Inspired by the hype and reruns of Star Wars recently, I finally got around to editing my Hoth diorama from last year.

Still some colour in winter

The frigid plain was not glacier, it was just sea ice, maybe half a meter thick. This was not Hoth, but for TK-24/7 the pristine snow and the blinding sunlight was a sweet reminder of his favourite planet.

Happy February 14th from the 6th planet of the Hoth system!

For the holiday poster. This is the version without the note. Couldn't think of anything holiday related..so there..you get a Star Wars DP crossover pic..which I know Butch would get a kick out of since he is a Star Wars geek..

There's a few things I don't like about it. But meh, it's done.

Staring the famous reverse slope area, haha. It was based on my original design and updated from a design by markus19840420, as seen here, www.flickr.com/photos/71475401@N07/. A long way to go.

Modificate X-Wing from mike. Snowspeeder from Larry Lars.

Something I made in photoshop.

Hope you enjoy!

Adiós!
