Went out for a coffee with mum, but unfortunately I hate coffee. And I'm very shortly becoming an art student so I'm pretty sure I'm going to be tarred+feathered as soon as I arrive, (oh and I don't smoke - blasphemous!) so I'm trying to wean myself onto it with Mocha. Haha, this isn't one though so...it's not going very well.

Monte Leone is the highest mountain of the Lepontine Alps and we had a quick stop at the Hotel Monte Leone, Simplon, Switzerland, on 2005 meter alitude!

It was wonderfully thick so that the spoon stood on its own in it. And it tasted like heaven.
the peppermint peeps are really too strong on their own. but atop some hot chocolate they are wonderful. and flavor your drink as well.
pretty awesome hot (Belgian) chocolate from La Pain Quotidian, the only place open for brunch at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday at Eastern Market. Christine, Brian and I all got it, but Brian made his the prettiest.
