Chef Mindy Segal of Hot Chocolate mashes in with Head Pub Brewer Jared Rouben. As a part of our Chef Collaboration Series she brewed a smoked Belgian Ale, entitiled Smoked Goose.

I waited to get his hand with his ring in the shot. A bit blurry, so I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but its not bad.
