at least 3 oz block of dark chocolate (valhrona is lovely), pinch of salt, 1 cup of lofat milk (or a dash of cream if you prefer), teaspoonful or so of vanilla sugar.

i usually add cayenne and cinnamon b/c i like it that way, but it is so, so good.

today it was cold. really cold... almost wintery cold. It even kind of smelled like winter.... so naturally it made me want hot chocolate and to go ice skating.
