The library is a great place to do your homework in the afternoon. All the resources are there should you need them.
Started Shimelle's Pretty Paper Party class today & she gave us some great sketches & told us to use our scraps...So these papers are pretty familiar, or at least the opposite side is (LOL). I loved the idea of doing something everyday that we don't think about capturing & homework made sense for me today.
Journaling on left is list of common excuses:
My Stomach Hurts, It's too Hard, I don't want to, I don't have any, I left it at school, That's next week's homework, It's not fair, Your homework is easier than mine.
And on the right journaling says:
Ry if ever there was a "work avoidance specialist" you are it! You spend more time & effort avoiding & trying to get out of homework than it takes to do it. Your teacher & I have worked together to come up with a positive reinforcement program...with some great rewards for you, I love to sit beside you & do my "Homework" (exercises from my Nepali study book) at the same time. But you've got to actually sit down & DO THE WORK!
Horse riding and friends coming to lunch in the morning, but Saturday afternoon is homework time. Aw!
Thanks to modern technology Daddy was able to help with homework while I washed the dishes, even though he was in a different time zone!
Right after I took this I had a dance class and then Portuguese class. When I came back home in the evening I felt all aglow. I checked my temperature and it was 39 degrees.
This weeks assignment was to shoot a combination of square and round subjects using various lighting schemes.
Day 5
I hate Mondays...
So, back to school for me. (I will hopefully incorporate my frustration into my SP tomorrow...) Of course, to welcome me back, all my teachers gave me homework! Fun...
This is Andrew again. He was also doing homework. And compiling a list of books he needs to read before he dies. Don't ask, I don't know. :P Looking on the positive side, the computer screen made for some interesting lighting...
