Quinn willingly writing extra sentences as homework, I told him to write any sentence he wanted to so he wrote, 'I feel very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very happy' - yep that's 16x very. YAY!
He also got the merit badge this week for, 'Good handwriting and neat work'.
Bethany was set homework over the weekend, she had to make something that represented one of the four elements. She originally chose water but after collecting lots of little bits while out over the weekend she changed her mind and decided to do earth.
She created this amazing piece which is a river, she has included large bolders, logs, grass, moss, waterfall and a small dam. I helped her with the water but she did the rest. I hope her teacher is as happy as we are about it, I think it looks brilliant.

Greenleaf did a few sheets of homework every day, including a marathon session Saturday morning. There was a lot of crying.

Homework assignment #1 from photography class: take a photo of the same thing with different speeds, light, and aperture. Good times playing around and taking notes. I might even do the whole assignment again to cement it in my brain some more.

I've had a lot of homework recently and haven't had time to get out and shoot. So this is what I have, just messing around with the camera, procrastinating. :)

Me and ColaAddict (*ahem* I mean ColaAddict and I) decided to catch up on some English homework with the help of an energy drink... (Let's put it this way: the Red Bull was finished and not one academic word was in sight). It's not a photoshop effect; the desk provided by my colleague really is as small as it appears to be in the picture.
This is my friend's nine year old son, Blaze. We met again and hung out, all three of us, at this coffeeshop after school.
He was working on math, and of course, the rare math subject that I'm actually weak on, the metric system.
Amazingly, sangria and math actually mix. So when posed with the question, "How many milliliters in a gram?", I quickly recognized the answer.
Ah, remember when homework was the biggest problem of the day....
I have three tests on monday, so I decided to split up in four and study for allt three of them simultaneously to save some time. Then I'll just merge into one again and take the tests.
I'm afraid the math-me has fallen asleep though...
