steak and chicken saltimbocca - meat topped w/ lemon slice, sage, prosciutto; sauce of drippings, white wine, broth, crushed tomatoes, cream
Just followed the directions on the package. Tasted a bit salty on the first day but the flavors melded after sitting overnight. Not sure how they treated the squid (came frozen, raw) but it remained tender even after cooking.
