Würzburg
Das Schloss zählt zu den Hauptwerken des süddeutschen Barock und ist im europäischen Kontext als einer der bedeutendsten Residenzbauten des Spätbarock anzusehen, es steht somit in einer Reihe mit Schönbrunn in Wien und Schloss Versailles bei Paris. Die UNESCO hat das Bauwerk einschließlich des Residenzplatzes und der Nebengebäude 1981 in den Rang eines Weltkulturerbes erhoben.
hat sich Neowise schön versteckt. So ganz konnte der Komet sich dort aber nicht vor meiner Kamera verstecken.
Our summer is gone in New Zealand. Torrential rain here today and worse on the West Coast of our South Island where slips and bridge washouts have cut the roads. It was estimated 4 inches ( 100mm of rain per hour) for 24 hours. A state of emergency is declared there.
