We lived in Dubai, UAE from 1991 to 1996 and I worked at a campus of the Higher Colleges of Technology. These pictures include college functions as well as staff get togethers.
These images are directly from the scanner and rough due to the age of the photographs. Over time, I may do a bit of editing on these.

The Mursi used to live on this site. When the river was dammed and the floods stopped coming, they were pushed to higher ground where their crops would grow better. They still return to this area to socialize and for the women to make their clay discs. The clay in this area is superior to other locations.
The Highland Park Ford Plant was a production plant for Ford Motor Company in the city of Highland Park, Michigan, which is surrounded by Detroit. The Highland Park Ford Plant was designed by Albert Kahn in 1908 and was opened in 1910. The complex included offices, factories, a power plant and a foundry. Because of its spacious design, it set the precedent for many factories and production plants built thereafter. In 1913, the Highland Park Ford Plant became the first automobile production facility in the world to implement the assembly line. In the late 1920s Ford moved automobile assembly to the River Rouge Plant complex in nearby Dearborn. Automotive trim manufacturing and tractor assembly continued at the Highland Park plant.
My write up on photographing the new Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas here
On the weekend of November 20-21, 2010, I was invited to photograph the new Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas prior to their opening December 15, 2010 in Las Vegas NV.
This set of images represents my efforts that weekend to showcase this newest resort property opening up on the Las Vegas Strip. Thanks to David Scherer from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for showing me around, to Miiko Mentz at Katalyst Films for helping to arrange the shoot, and to my wife for modeling for me.

Aiming Higher (phase two) got together 'on the hill' once again to celebrate the achievements of the young people and business mentors involved in the latest phase.
Funded by the Committee for Social Development, the event saw a group of young people from the Greater Belfast and South Eastern areas graduate from the programme.
Speaking at the celebration were: Emma Morrison, Business in the Community; Sammy Douglas, Chair of Assembly Community Connect; Robert Mc Cord, Odyssey Trust and mentor on Aiming Higher; and young participants Sharnie Barnes and Michael Doggart.
Aiming Higher is a Big Lottery funded project delivered by Business in the Community and its partner organisation Include Youth. The project’s aim is to deliver an employability initiative for young people over a six month period.
The next phase of the project is due to commence in May 2014 and will run until October 2014. We are actively recruiting young people and mentors for this to build on our successes.
