Photographed a little later than this photograph of the famous Torii gate on Miyajima Island just south of Hiroshima, Japan. We tried to time our trip down there such that high tide and sunset were at approximately the same time so that the base of the gate would be completely submerged under water. The gate becomes illuminated after sun down. Single RAW exposure with slight level adjustments in Photoshop CS3.

Nouveau site découvert grâce à Clément Hacquart Photographie, à la Combe Lavaux près de Gevrey-Chambertin, j'ai décidé d'aller faire un petit tour par là-bas. C'est à 20 minutes de chez moi, et fut une bonne surprise ! Après avoir crapahuté un petit peu (et encore, c'est facilement accessible), on a une belle vue !

Old Oak Common must have been in desperate straits for motive power to roster this Type 2 on a Type 4 diagram - the 31 had to supply ETH as well, and they couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding at the best of times. If there were one ITBE 16 to get (up until this point) I think "Higher" was it. I'm not sure I'll even need another 12 inch doll anytime soon. Bigger. Is. Better!!!

The penultimate day of our trip at last saw some longer periods of sun. Finally bringing some insects out, though only just and we only found a couple of these at Glastrum Wood after failing at a nearer site, but of slightly higher altitude where we blanked.
