I got down to Godrevey Lighthouse a couple of evenings ago to find fast moving waves and great light. A good chance to try out the new 24mm TS-e, and it is just superb! So much versatility. All in all a really fantastic evening and exciting for the coming Autumn months.

These are the actual colors of the recently painted Cape May Linen Outlet building, captured in the direct line of a bright, and just completed sunset. Fiery!

photo inspiration ... I'm a big Clint Eastwood fan, and driving by a place I normally wouldn't notice (a linen outlet?), these colors reminded me of the scene from his starring role and directorial debut in the classic film High Plains Drifter (1973), where he had the cowardly townsfolk paint the entire town red.

300 mm Nikkor f 2.8 - sweetest lens in the Universe! I so like that I can see my yard in the reflection of his eye!

Yay Agnes arrived!! She's gorgeous and perf. Not sure when I plan on shooting her and the other girls but hopefully soon. I want to check out this new removable limb feature and such as and maybe perhaps make myself a Create-A-Socialite.

The pretty high street at Lacock. The National Trust Shop is on the near right. We didn't get to go back to it after our walk and visit to the Abbey.

We had a freak snowfall in my hometown of Apple Valley. A foot deep of snow which is quite rare and very unlikely. My first experience with this much snow in the twoyears of living in the High Desert.....
