I seem to be a bit obsessed with this place at the moment, probably because I haven't had the chance to take any pictures of it for a while. I chose this particular exposure as it shows Carl Wark directly in front of Higger Tor, but with the light clearly distinguishing the two.

After messing around on Carl Wark I headed towards Higger Tor to find the tiny scramble called Simple Simon that was described on page 101 of September's Trail magazine. After much searching I found it about half way along the eastern side.
