Taken from a hide a few weeks back - in snow, sleet, rain & wind!! It was damn cold too!!! All good fun!!

Black Lawn Beetle/African Black Beetle (Heteronychus arator)

I don't see a lot of these Beetles around. But I did spot this one today. It kept trying to hide under the grass.
