This image IS transparent. And when you navigate to the original and download it, it will be a transparent png. No clue where Flickr got the above brown background. :)

Just make a donation and all this could be yours! - One courgette seems to be putting itself forward!

Nothing ever happened with this never completed fence, so we decided to make it look a bit better - with the help of some paint, soil and flower seeds. There's another problem with this part of the garden that made it a little more difficult though: it's dark (the sun almost never reaches it) and damp. We decided to go with plants that grow in the woods, right under the trees. It's nice to have your own sweet woodruff if you plan to make some Maibowle (May wine)! Woodland strawberries aren't that bad either, and they are growing like crazy, even under these bad conditions.

Next summer of course 'project fence' still wasn't finished, but at least it looked a lot better!

Thank goodness there is a Godiva store in Montpellier ! Please help yourself, friends, there are three layers, so there'll be enough for everyone ! :)

A view of the General Motors Delphi plant, from near the intersection of Center Rd. & Robert T. Longway Blvd. This factory complex was originally part of the AC Rochester (Spark Plug) facility at which I worked during my High School 6th period, in the early 1990's.

This summer I took of lot of detail shots which I can use as textures and foundations for abstracts. I’d like to share the first batch of images featuring close-ups of the Canadian Shield rock face along the new stretch of highway just outside of Doe Lake near Katrine in Muskoka, Ontario. Please feel free to use them as you wish. I’ll post other similar stuff from time to time.

The Canadian Shield, also called the Laurentian Plateau or Bouclier Canadien, is a massive geological rock shield covered by a thin layer of soil. It has a deep, common, joined bedrock region in eastern and central Canada and stretches north from the Great Lakes to the Arctic Ocean, covering over half of Canada. It also extends south into the northern reaches of the United States and east as far as Greenland.

The same place only a few weeks later! I admit the 'meadow flower seeds' weren't such a good idea - or at least I should have used less of them. :D

A slice for you and one for you. We do have more, if needed:) Shall I bring out another tray, or are there some unclaimed slices??

Buy a water bottle and fill it up with water before you leave home. And refill from any place you can get safe potable water.

You will help save the Earth because of less plastic.

You will also help yourself: your skin will glow, you won't drink as much pop, you might even lose some of those extra pounds, you won't get as many cavities, you will save money.

In the U.S. alone 1.5 million barrels of oil are consumed in making the bottles. Most bottles end up in landfills, adding to the landfill crisis.

Sierra Club's campaign against Bottled Water is worth a read. Your city/village/township (US only) usually sends out a water report every year, telling you more about the municipal supply of water. Read it. If you don't have a copy, call for a copy.

Make better choices for yourself and the planet your children will live in.
