How Is It Like for Refugees to Get Legal Aid in Greece?
Contacting the lawyer assigned to my case at the Evelpidon Court proved to be a challenging six-month ordeal, requiring the involvement of the Athens Bar Association and two in-person visits to their office, due to their lack of response to my earlier written complaints.
Three postponements of the trial have been caused by my request for legal aid, which was a response to the unjustified claims made against me by the Police following my removal from the European Commission’s office in Athens last November.
Once the lawyer was found, the Athens Bar Association facilitated a meeting at the Court where he received the case file and agreed to represent me solely for this particular case, without any involvement in previous or future cases.
Currently, we await the defense's success in proving my innocence during our June 15th, 2023 court hearing to avoid any potential incarceration resulting from unsubstantiated claims.

Unfortunately for us, the Refugees in Europe, the people and organizations who are supposed to be our help and guidance, are all deliberately working against us and rather than help in fact are misleading us towards calamity and chaos.
It is for this reason that a Refugee such as myself despite nearly a decade of continued pleading with all and every one of those organizations still being left without any help or whatsoever whether in terms of legal aid or otherwise.
It is also precisely for this reason that we ultimately find no other choice, but to look for help elsewhere. For example, me, looking for help at the World Peace Council (WPC).
Because they held me Hostage here, drained all my resources, weaponized Food and Water and are now seeking to starve me to death and cover the whole thing up.

How Is It Like for Refugees to Get Legal Aid in Greece?
Seeking resolution for my prolonged captivity and deprivation in Greece, I visited the European Commission office in Athens on November 24th last year. Unfortunately, the visit resulted in my wrongful detainment and baseless accusations.
Trials postponed thrice by Court's failure to fulfill legal aid request and provide lawyer's contact. Despite obtaining contact details afterwards, the lawyer remained unresponsive and my complaints to the Athens Bar Association proved ineffective.
The Court refused my request for a new lawyer and suggested that I seek assistance from the Athens Bar Association instead. It took me six months to contact the lawyer, and only with their aid was I able to do so after visiting them in person twice.
At last the lawyer was found, and he agreed to represent me. We are currently anticipating our forthcoming court hearing on June 15th, 2023.

At the European Parliament’s Office in Greece Demanding Answers.
Despite nearly a decade of protest and continued communications with all the so-called concerned authorities whether in Greece or in Europe, my dire situation outside the UNHCR office where they have deliberately forced me into starvation since 2020, still continues to remain unresolved.
However, their Nazism and baseless hostility has neither entirely broken my spirit, nor has it stopped me from seeking answers to this ongoing hostage-taking and my complete deprivation in this vile place.
As such on March 02nd, 2023, I went to the office of the European Parliament’s Representation in Greece to demand answers there.
Three major questions that need to be answered and everybody should ask are why they held me Hostage in Greece and won’t let me go, what is their end game and agenda and what is the solution to this problem?

I finally heard from Harriet, aka Picturebug. She is ok. They are still trying to get a Court Date for her disabilty, her car is broken and she is barely able to get anywhere in it. She said as soon as she can she will get back to the library to visit everyone. Angela Barrientos, Children’s Librarian at La Puente Library, completes a face masks for LA County employees who are being deployed as disaster worker to homeless shelters or to provide childcare for health care workers in medical facilities. The librarians are following instructions from the Medical College of Wisconsin and using suggested materials and supplies.
Because there is a shortage of mask for people in the frontlines, LA County Library sent out a call-out asking for volunteers to sew masks. Approximately 100 people with sewing skills volunteered, and to 23 those people started to work at La Puente Library. By the end of their first week, they’ll create 350 masks. Once all 100 volunteers get stocked with supplies, they will produce 1,500 face masks per week. (Mayra Beltran Vasquez / Los Angeles County )

Locating the Court-appointed lawyer for my latest case at the Evelpidon Court, proved to be immensely challenging, taking six months and requiring complaints to be filed with the Athens Bar Association and in-person visits to their offices.
My 27th trial resulted from my attempt to reach the European Commission office in Greece in person on Nov. 24th, 2022. However, I was escorted off the premises by a dozen police officers, two of whom later charged me with unsubstantiated claims after my transfer to the district police station. But none of them were present on the day of the trial or prior proceedings.
Although my lawyer motioned for dismissal due to lack of evidence and improper Police procedures, the motion was denied. Nevertheless, the Court ultimately ruled in our favor due to lack of evidence.
Despite my exoneration, the likelihood of a repeat occurrence is high due to past incidents. Legal assistance is uncertain.

Waking up early morning to discover yourself in tranquility, breezy showers on a humid afternoon, a few words of love from a beloved relation, honest admiration for a job done with devotion, a gift, a bonus, an unexpected phone call from a long lost friend, watching an adorable kid playing himself, a delicious meal while feeling really hungry, and a gesture of smile; tiny yet the moments of happiness are innumerable. Life isn’t a bed of roses, but these minuscule events of amusement invigorate us to carry on; to move forward and accomplish some exhausting targets. Whether dense or sparse, occurrence of these dots on hourly, daily or yearly graph is lifeline for everyone.
Once these moments start fading from our lives, the essence of being diminishes. We ought to spread glee. In one form or other, we all can gift others a few moments of happiness. We shouldn’t be ignorant and careless, not spreading these moments of joy. At some point in life, we too would be in dire need of such a ray of heavenly bliss.
Following-Up With the European Parliament in Greece.
On March 02nd, 2023, I went to the European Parliament’s delegation in Greece to demand answers to the following three major questions that everybody should be asking:
1) Why have they held me Hostage in Greece, seeking to starve me to death and won’t let me go?
2) What is their end game and agenda?
3) And what is the solution to this problem?
But they told me nobody is here, send us an email to request an appointment and come back again next week. But they didn’t respond to my email and when I went back next Thursday, they just called the Police.
Four Policemen in Black uniform who have first seized and later also damaged my phone then have begun insulting me time and time again without any reason.
The next day they called the Police once again, and this time I was being detained by them for one to two hours without any reason.

Humanitarians OR Tormentarians? Why Aren't They Doing Their Job?
Europe first denied me Asylum, then it stole everything from me and because of my resistance to their oppression and suppression they weaponized Food and Water and are pursuing my total annihilation or absolute enslavement. They have forced me into starvation since 2020 and nobody is willing to provide humanitarian relief.
UNHCR, which seems to be the only people with authority to find me protection in another country, not only refuses to do so but continues distorting the facts to evade responsibility.
They are not responding to my practical propositions, while in the meantime Canada, the U.S. and Australia from whom I requested Asylum still want a referral from them.
In my conversation with the UNHCR assistant representative last Friday I requested a five-way meeting with all of them.

Pleading with South Africa for Mediation and Urgent Humanitarian Relief.
As to the best of my knowledge so far neither the #Japanese nor the #Indian embassy have agreed to play a mediating role in finding a resolution to this ongoing Hostage taking and my complete deprivation in Greece, I was left with no other choice but to approach and ask other countries to help.
Hence, following two of my earlier emails to them, I went to the embassy of #SouthAfrica last Wednesday to plead for their help in person too.
Unlike all the other embassies I have visited thus far, some of them even for years, I was received in a very civilized manner at their embassy and was also able to convey my request to them through two embassy officials there.
Accordingly, they agreed to arrange an appointment with their Ambassador for me after studying my emails in-depth.

I’m proud to be an American. Despite our many foibles, most people you meet are kind and helpful. As Derrick and I were running up to the grocery store today a man dumped his motorcycle right in the middle of the busy intersection at Providence and Lumsden. Before the biker had even stopped moving I had put the car in park and released my seatbelt to get out and help him. The young men in the car in front of us were even quicker and two of them had jumped from the vehicle before I could open my door. A man in a pick-up drove it into the intersection and jumped out to help the fallen biker, and then two more men were at his side. Five men helped lift the bike off the man, brought him to his feet and got him and his bike to a safe place. Wow, wow, wow, I was so inspired I got tears in my eyes.
I am watching you good people of the World! Keep up the good work, and be excellent to each other! You inspire me!!! I hope you all are having a safe and fun 4th of July!

What is the story behind your panel?
"Mrs. Julie Class' third grade class chose the theme of "Helping Others". We discussed how important it is to help those in need in both our local and global communities. The class learned that in extreme cases, people need items necessary for survival such as food, clothing, medicine and shelter, after suffering a devastating event. However, on an everyday occurrence, the children learned that they can still help others in need. From performing random acts of kindness to cheering up a friend whi is down, they realized that they are able to help others on many levers, each and every day of their lives. The Dream Rocket Project has been a wonderful way to bring awarness to the children as they envision themselves being superheroes who can make the Earth a better place."
