Solders and Red Cross volunteers from our Fort Knox office arrived early on February 4 to help unload about 100 twin and queen sized Tepur-Pedic mattresses – an equivalent of $100,000 in donations from Tempur Sealy. These mattresses will be given to solders in need on base through our Red Cross Helping Hands program at Fort Knox.
**We had nothing to do with the graffiti at these locations. All photos were staged and all graffiti was present before our visit.**
January 14, 2014 - Helping Hands
Volunteers at the Ovid Federated Church help distribute food donations from Rochester Food Link's Mobile Food Pantry. The Mobile Food Pantry at OFC is open to anyone regardless of income or family size. and occurs every other Tuesday from 3pm-5pm.
The Mobile Food Pantry has been a wonderful blessing for the South Seneca Community and on average helps 120-150 South Seneca families every two weeks.
