Now that it's summer, you can really tell why they named this little lake, Green Lake. Getting there is a beautiful drive on a winding backroad.

Today was a rainy day. As we got closer to sunset the storm got tired and lost its vigor. This serene scene I captured at Vaseux Lake was during a moment of calm following heavy showers. Everything in nature and life is a constant cosmic dance between opposing elements. I can't help but love both states and the struggle between them.

I found another herd of wild horses. This one stood out with its unique markings and beautiful winter coat.
