I am still struggling a little to get just the right adjustment in Lightroom. I knew just what to do in GIMP to get the color levels right, but I am sure over time I will figure it out.

Using the Helios 44-2 2/58 Soviet lens (from 1975).

I got myself the classic Russian Helios 44-2 screw mount lens on eBay which is known for its unique bokeh. With a macro ring and an M42 adapter this lens is a lot of fun to use and perfect for a dreamy effect.

... from the morning mist!

The first signs of Spring buds appearing in the garden .... as the sun tries to break through the morning mist.

I worked 3 images together with some textures and added some colour sliding too.
