Helio-K9-centrism is an offshoot of Heliocentrism. While Helio-K9-centrism still holds that our planet revolves around the sun, it further recognizes that our lives revolve around our dogs. While this duality may seem contradictory to some, it has been emotionally proven many times. I thought Jasper’s smiling face sitting in the middle of a mosaic of the sun’s smiling face was a perfect metaphor for Helio-K9-centrism, an ideology first formalized and published by an amateur American philosopher, Todd Wynia in 2022 AD 😉
The Helios Russian Lens gives you swirly bokeh when conditions are right or just some funky effects. It's a prime lens originally made for video. Mine is a 1980 model.
Imagen de Helios, Egipto, Siglo II DC, en la sala con cúpula sur del Neues Museum, Berlín. edificio restaurado entre 2003 y 2009 con un proyecto de David Chipperfield y Julian Harrap.
Out and about with the Helios 44M lens. Sometimes it's fun to expand one's horizons. The style of this lens, at least to me, isn't always about being sharpy sharp....it's about being artistic. Not everyone's cup of tea but I kinda enjoy working on it!
This is Helios, a 7 metre, in dia, representation of our nearest star, The Sun.
This photograph is a focus stacked image of the representation hung from the ceiling in Kedleston Hall, Derbys. Unfortunately the room is not large enough to be able to back up and take a "normal" inclusive photoghraph. Therefore due to the focus stacking, there is no background that is agreeable to me, so I blacked it out entirely.
The artist is Luke Jerram, who has similar representations of the Moon and Earth.
