When the urge for tamales creeps up get lazy and break out the crockpot. The chicken gets a kick from the citrus and slow cooking allows all of the flavors combine into a delicious dinner.

Really yummy tandoori spiced potatoes stuffed with a ricotta cheese mixture. Really much easier to make than it looks.
