These are the size of large goose eggs & are paper mache, ... I have more & better pics but can't find them in this messy studio ... So off to work I go to get this " I must be out of my mind" project started ... Be back as soon as I can ... My first handpainted roving. This is the "Bargain Blend" from Paradise Fibers and I used Easter egg dye that I bought on sale awhile back. Grace says she found Easter egg dye kits today at the Star Market near MIT for 25 cents, so kits are still out there! blogged

I used the same method that I used to dye my yarn in our dyeing tutorial.
