I revised his head, making it a bit bigger and more detailed.
Custom made plush of Starscream from Transformers Armada. He's handmade from fleece and felt with movable arms and legs and a removable wing/sword. He also has a voice box, so when you squeeze his tummy he talks!
This is a beautiful wreath. I have used strawberry themed fabric throughout and accented with red sparkly tulle. It is topped off with a red bow. This wreath would look gorgeous on your door Spring through Summer.

For a long time I had in the back of my mind the idea of making a line of pendants that each represented a different emotion. I liked the idea of visualizing what an emotion "looked" like to me. Eventually I drew up a few, but this is the only one I've made, and the only one I plan to make. The others, while I liked the design, would have been very difficult to make and impractical to wear, so I gave it up.
But this necklace I really love, and I wear it all the time. It represents what it feels like to be in a loving and trusting relationship.
The oval shape represents one person in a relationship; presumably the wearer of the necklace. It's made of bronze pmc, because it's very strong and heavy. I tried to make the shape nice and even, but just "eyeballed" it, and sanded it smooth-ish, but not perfect. There are a few pits and you can see some lines from the sand paper. To me, that represents a strong and confident person who has flaws, as we all do, but who is ok with who they are. When I fired the bronze piece in the kiln it developed a couple of tiny surface cracks. At first I was disappointed, but then I realized that it was symbolic. We all go through the "fires of hell" sometimes, but, just like this piece turning from clay to bronze, we come out of it stronger than we went in, scars and all.
The copper part represents the other person in the relationship. It's wrapped tightly around the bronze piece, and it's not letting go. It's what is supporting the bronze piece and it keeps it from falling. The bronze piece is in a horizontal position because it is "relaxed." It trusts the copper not to drop it.
After I made this another thought occurred to me. You can't expect to be represented by the bronze piece if you can't also be represented by the copper piece.
This piece is not highly technical... anyone could make it. But it's simple symbolism means a lot to me. I wear it often, and it comforts me.

A brass octopus handmade necklace. I created this necklace by using a jeweler's saw to cut out the image of the octopus from a sheet of brass. Then I added a patina and a metal leafing texture to the pendant. The pendant was then attached to a metal chain and I added some clear beads and jump rings. Like CINDERELLA but using a different coloured polymer clay bead and metal finish. This is a creation using an antique gold finish.

These seeds, from the El Huayryu plant , I got during a visit to Peru. They are often used in jewelry as they are said to bring good luck and on top of that they have a beautiful red collor all with a black spot on it.
