Just had to add this odd, old photo. Do you think they really followed the orders on the sign? I hope so. And why isn't there a similar sign over one of the urinals? Questions to ponder.

The handlettered sign in the window on a side street caught my eye as I was driving down West Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City. The owner, who arrived as I was setting up the camera, said the shop was going to feature a large "old-time" handpainted sign soon, and invited me back. I wish now I had asked the owner to stand in the doorway for the 15-second exposure. Next time.

When it comes to boats, we understand the importance of culture, style, budget, and durability of a lettering job on your boat, yacht, or super yacht. Hundreds of boat owners and brokers in the Lake Union, Lake Washington area (and beyond) have allowed us to design and install nearly every type of design and installation imaginable. Working on the water is something we’ve been doing for a long time. We pride ourselves in being able to present to you options that are beyond a typical “keyboard” layout. Sure, our handcrafted gold leaf work is beautiful to look at in our photos, but the usual job for us is just really nice, timeless lettering that reflects your personal style. Whatever that may be.

Sarah drew this phrase that my wife and I say to each other. Then the amazing sarah sent us a (NOTprint) piece!
She was recently featured on design sponge!
I can't wait to frame it and hang it. Thank you Sarah :)
