The handknit sweaters are piling up and diving off the shelves. Trying to make room :)
Realizing that I've knit seven of these this year! Hooray!
The sweater is "Pumpkin" from either Rowan Pipsqueaks by Kim Hargreaves, in Wool Cotton shade 911 "Rich" red, baby-sized. Maybe 3 balls? This is a super soft and sweet garment; you can't see the hood in the photos in the book, but here it is loud and clear.
It was knitted between babies and is waiting for the perfect baby to arrive. In the meantime, it's serving as a template for a sweater I'm designing and a kittie-torture device. (Actually, she really didn't mind; I was shocked.)
I love to knit. Thus cardigan with its muted autumnal colours is one of my favourite creations, despite it getting worn and pilling.

Not handknit socks in shoes exactly but these slides show the lace detail at the toe which is quite cute :)
This is the mason dixon log cabin blanket pattern, it is a fantastic pattern for using up leftover balls of yarn.
