Blended 5 handheld shots +-3 EOV in Photoshop CS3. Wish I had more control.

This is a cheap SMA dual band whip antenna, around 12" long. It is supposed to match on the 144-148 MHz and 430-460 MHz bands. The scale is 3dB per division with the zero dB return loss reference level at the top.

i take a lot of pictures this way for some reason.

I was trying to see how slow I could have the shutter and still get an acceptable handheld shot. The average was 1/2 sec, and this is an example.

This guy spun a web and was hanging out five feet from my bedroom window. Captured with a telephoto lens (250mm).

Finally got to test the long end of my new 100-300mm (200-600 equivalent).

Weather was fairly dull.

Hand held at 300mm, f8, 1/500 second, ISO 400, continuous focus

Taken at about 10:00 pm EST on Sunday March 16, 2008 when the moon was almost directly overheard.
