The Pinery Flea Market is a popular place. Across from a Provincial Park. We have only been there once and it was pretty good.
Happy Truck tHuRsDay
Found this old truck bus south of Des Moines down a dirt road. Nicely lit but still protected with some shade.
Wonder how much territory it's covered in the farm country.
Standing like soldiers to guard that old barn - these trucks still look like they might had some life in them.
First time in weeks I found some without a flat tire.
Happy Truck Thursday
It was advertised as a truck that rode like a car and at other times a Car that serves as a truck! Seems sketchy to me but makes for a wonderful HTT!

Happy Telegraph Tuesday.
We drove north Saturday in search of Snowy Owls and spotted 10. Then we headed to the Soo to see the last freighters go through the locks till April.
Advice from an owl: stay focused, be whoo you are, trust in a wise friend, live off the land, glide through the dark times, be observant, because life’s a hoot!
Not much left on this old truck but stands proudly adorning the end of autumn ready for winter.

Tuesday, Thursday -- tell me, is there ever a "wrong" day to post a tulip pic? Happy tulip Thursday. =)
This does not look like your standard truck model , but then I am not a truck expert. The visor, grille and flair sides make it look old. Then there are the exhaust pipes on the side. The color is a bit ‘in your face’ for my taste. Does anyone know what the wooden piece in the front is for. It sticks out quite a ways to be a license plate holder. HTT
This was actually after a spring snow, three days later it was 70°! This old beauty is actually part of a display of old vehicles on the edge of a small northern Illinois town....
I never truly get the shot I want at this place as we are driving by on a small highway and this is set back a bit.
This one was not too bad.
