Here delaney is listening to a recording we just completed. It was one live take, both guitar and voice recorded in the 3 story stairwell in my office building. She never saw me grab the camera, she was so engrossed in the music.
I was so thankful I could capture the moment.

Shot this environmental portrait as part of a series for guitarist Mark Fisher. I'll post a link as soon as he launches his new website. Great guy and guitarist. Some of the shots involved one of his students and I could really see just how at ease and fun he makes his lessons.

Daily Exercise 1234 Alternate Double Picking technique .
I did this exercise before start my lessons for warming up. I do exercise everyday especially on the day I did not feel like practicing. It took me 1/2 hour for 3 difference exercises. I did this for many years and it help my playing so much. This is the most important thing to do "Daily Exercises" . To help me playing clean. I applied this when I practice my scales, arpeggios, modes also chords and learn- experiencing my licks and solo run.

Todays project 365 is a photo of the first picture of mine that was published that I actually got a printed copy of! Okay, so it was published in Israel and not the USA. What do I care. It was published. And it's a pretty good book to boot. I hope he sells thousands of copies.
This is Mike. Everyone say "Hi Mike" (hahaha)! He is a proprietor, owner, salesman, bookkeeper, marketer, buyer, janitor and all around super guy. Mike has owned Daddy O's since 1988. He sells instruments, PA's, amps, effects, items made from recycled bass strings, cases and offers music lessons that are all taught by professionals.
This is where my son, Austyn, has taken guitar lessons for about five years. He loves to get there early so he can look at the guitar effect pedals, guitars, amps whatever catches his interest first that day.
There's going to be a Daddy O's jam on March 11th. Austyn and his buddy and teacher, Jesse Tabish, are going to play two songs. Austyn wrote both of them and Jesse helped him polish 'em up. I can't wait!
