So I made a minifig collectible series for the 5 years of GoH, unfortunately my ill health prevented me from making enough MOCs to qualify to enter it in the competition. I've taken some pics of my favourite figs.
I created three distinct areas for my "Crescent Peninsula" inhabitants. These are three of the six figs I created for the Purple Mountains region.
On the left is an Albino Orckin, These fearsome fighters form the main body of the Mountain Empress's guard.
The Empress of the Mountain is the ruler of the Crescent mountain range - she holds one of the triforce Crystals that hold the Peninsula together. she is a powerful enchanter and possesses a wicked temper.
The Quartz Mountain RockLord is a summoned elemental, although limited in itntellect he more than makes up for this with his perchant for cruelty and violence.
"Legends and Horror Stories of Historica"
There are all manner of scary stories told throughout the ages in Historica. Some are surely simply tales created for entertainment around a fire on a fall evening. Some may be fairy tales sometimes used by parents to try to keep their children close to home during dangerous times. Some may result from the, er, "impaired" sensory experiences of wandering travelers. But, some, some are true.....
Historica is an ancient land with magics and mysteries stretching many generations.
Who can tell the fact from the fiction?
You?
I doubt it.
There's still time to join in on the fun! Here's the link to the Challenge thread over on Eurobricks:

An unplanned and trip up to Saddle Tor one morning before work ended with the hill fog and low stratus clouds rolling in. However not before the sun punched through a small fleeting gap on the horizon to give some very soft but vibrant warm light.
Lichfield Guild Hall easily has the plushest, cleanest, most civilised toilets in town. This is largely because they are hidden on the second floor (third floor to those in the US) and few people know they are there. The toilet pans are vintage Royal Doulton.

In some parts of Nocturnus, the strangleweeds grow very thick and the only relatively safe means of transportation is on the rare stone paths with stone walls and regular patrols to get rid of the weeds. These paths are unfortunately also an excellent place for an ambush.
