The New York State Department of Health today announced a special holiday gift to recognize people caring for an older adult or a loved one with a disability: the New York State Caregiver Guide. Free copies of the book will initially be distributed by seven organizations in New York State to nonprofessional caregivers helping a friend or family member.

The announcement was made at the Carter Burden Gallery in Manhattan, which is part of the Carter Burden Network, a leader in aging services in New York City featuring work by artists over the age of 60.

The 140-page Caregiver Guide comes in a custom-made box that includes a pen, a notepad and sticky notes in multiple colors. It is designed to help people who are not medical professionals navigate the healthcare system, with and on behalf of a loved one who either needs assistance or is not able to participate. Its 10 color-coded sections cover topics like "Communicating with Healthcare Professionals," "Legal and Financial Planning" and "Creating Your Care Team."

Printed in large font on colorful, glossy pages, the guide describes the various types of care available in New York State and their differences, provides web addresses for resources like Medicaid and Medicare and explains legal issues like HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). It also has places for note taking and comes in a sturdy box with a pocket for storing important papers and a shoulder strap to make it easier to carry to medical appointments. There is a braid style for everyone, micro braids to cool and chunky ones. The best way to approach braids is to choose the style that suits your personality and preferences because all braids promise infinite fun and quirkiness. On a sweltering day, I’m sure the Lord Lieutenant of Surrey was pleased to remove his hat after presenting the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service to Guildford Town Guides.

I'm posting this to explain how the Creator communicates to people. The Spirit of the Prophets is under the control of the Prophets and when He talks to someone it is using their own brain to do so. Probably in the Pineal Gland is where this takes place. Your brain is actually a Microwave Transmitter and Receiver which works on the Theta Wavelength and thus Telepathy occurs via this Telecommunication Device. He uses the vocabulary and idioms and expressions and emotions that you are used to from you life experiences. So when He 'swears' He is just using the terminology that you use on a regular basis. This is Telepathy and is not audible.

When a person hears audible or nearly audible voices it is one of two things. Either the person is demonically oppressed or the government is doing a number on them cause they can build a microwave transmitter and receiver that can communicate with a person audibly and visually. I know this for a fact cause I worked Telecommunications Maintenance in the Military and it would be ludicrously easy to produce one of these.

Outside of the Old South Meeting House, a tour guide dressed in a colonial outfit explained the history of the Old South Meeting House. I took a quick snapshot of him in a crowd of people because I think it's neat to see. I am not accustom to seeing this in my home town.

About Captain Benny Blanco:

An award-winning conservationist, tournament-winning fishing guide, ardent mentor and acclaimed television host, Captain Benny spends most of his time deep in his home waters of the Everglades.

These glittery golden nuggets were first discovered in Iowa about 10000 years ago. There followed the "Great Corn Rush" with tens of thousands of people swarming to find their share of these shiny lumps. Cities arose and fortunes were made and lost. They are distantly related to the other "puffed" cereals.
