We all love taking pictures of nature, but do we even take a minute to think about the central role that nature plays in our lives? During lockdown, learning to disconnect to appreciate the little things in nature was the most uplifting gift I gave to my soul. Without even realizing it, I prioritized work over rituals that kept me grounded and for the first time ever, I have learned to make space for gratitude, silence, and the unknown.

I thought I would start with the groundings of my belief which is Christianity. At the start of the bible God creates the earth and humans. However we are gvedn rules straight away. Everyone is always bombarded with rules. I interpreted a certain qoute from the bible and I hope you like it.

I walked around the yard this morning and was very happy to see my new tulips were coming up. Nothing grounds me more than puttering around my yard, in nature watching the world go by.

The grounding pole was around a metre long for this power point. We finally got it out of the ground.
Grounding Stones, Red Jasper, Obsidian and Agates
Played some classical, was trying to experiement to see if the stones can be used a a subsitute for epson salt.
Put some classical music and relaxed in the nice hot water, felt good but I'm not sure. I might try this experiement again.
