Cost-effective pasture management practices in Kyrgyzstan are helping to reduce negative impacts of livestock grazing on land and improve rural livelihoods.

The project is also working on attracting farmers to distant pastures by installing green technologies, including six mini hydropower stations and 18 solar energy stations. This equipment helps to improve the livelihoods of families and shepherds working in distant pastures.

Children's hydraulophone waterflute, a musical instrument that's like a woodwind instrument but runs on water rather than wind.

This flute has 12 finger holes, and is most easy to play on a diatonic scale, but you can also play sharps and flats after some practice.

From the toxic waste created by the extreme extraction of tar sands destroying indigenous communities in Canada, to toxins created by the BP Whiting refinery producing sacrifice communities in the Greater Chicago area, to the resultant catastrophic effect on our climate, the urgent need for a just transition away from fossil fuels to a 100% renewable energy economy is abundantly clear.

The 2009 Matrix utilizes a new "green technology" permanent filter housing and detachable cap, located behind the oil drain pan. To change the filter, unscrew the (black) cap, remove paper filter and O-ring, wipe off threads and flanges, lubricate O-ring and slip new O-ring and filter onto cap, replace cap and tighten. (The O-ring must be correctly positioned. It sits in a shallow groove just behind the cap threads). The cap uses the same size filter wrench as earlier Matrix models. No need to buy Toyota's "Special Service Tool"--you can get a generic from NAPA.

Not the best of rear vision for passengers aboard 5504, a National Express West Midlands Volvo B5LH/Wright - seen on Broad Street, Birmingham. Presumably this was operating along the Harborne corridor, they only seat 68 passengers which seems a little modest.

York Restoration Corporation Building Restoration Solar Shingles What an ingenious idea! One of the complaints about those giant solar panels is that they're somewhat of an eyesore, taking over our roofs or backyards. So why not develop a panel that integrates itself into the house itself? No problem, said whoever made the solar shingles.

a highly expressive musical instrument suitable for children's music,

jazz, classical, and can also be used to play a wide variety of world

music from many different cultures.
