From the toxic waste created by the extreme extraction of tar sands destroying indigenous communities in Canada, to toxins created by the BP Whiting refinery producing sacrifice communities in the Greater Chicago area, to the resultant catastrophic effect on our climate, the urgent need for a just transition away from fossil fuels to a 100% renewable energy economy is abundantly clear.

This is a brochure created for a design class at Oakland University. The assignment was to research an existing company, redesign a logo, and create an entire marketing package. This brochure is about IBM's Project Big Green, which is an initiative to make all of their data centers more energy efficient.
The graphic in the center is designed around the project's 5 main steps to their energy saving plan.
The photos were taken from online sources and composited by the group I was working with on the assignment.
